A global IT solutions organization supporting enterprise clients across North America, Asia, and Europe is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual professional to join its Cybersecurity Division.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in IT support, cybersecurity operations, technical coordination, or customer-facing technical support who enjoys working in an international environment supporting both U.S. and Japan-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for cybersecurity-related customer inquiries

• Coordinate with internal security engineers and communicate technical information clearly to customers

• Support incident response activities, investigations, and security monitoring

• Monitor security systems including firewalls, intrusion detection, and antivirus platforms

• Support cybersecurity compliance and documentation processes

• Assist with rollout and support of security tools for Japan affiliates

• Lead or support bilingual customer discussions, status updates, and incident communications

• Identify process improvement opportunities and support Kaizen initiatives

Requirements:

• Japanese / English bilingual proficiency required

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical support, IT, infrastructure, or related role

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills

• Ability to explain technical cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working with clients, vendors, or cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, or IT support environments

• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk

• Experience working between U.S. and Japan business environments

• Security+, Network+, or similar certifications/coursework are a plus
