Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Supervisor / Specialist will support daily quality operations to ensure product conformity, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to maintain product quality standards and support compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily quality assurance operations and product compliance activities
- Train, manage, and evaluate quality department personnel
- Develop and maintain quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing protocols
- Assist with product inspections, testing, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct root-cause analysis and support corrective action initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies regarding product quality matters
- Review molds, tooling, and sample products for quality compliance
- Maintain quality records, inspection logs, and compliance reports
- Develop and improve workflows and documentation processes
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Support additional quality-related projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of:
- Consumer product quality regulations
- Product compliance and recall procedures
- Quality assurance best practices
- Audit procedures and protocols
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities under deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Intermediate Excel skills including:
- Percentages
- Averages
- Standard deviation
- Data analysis functions
