We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to support business growth across the electronics and components industry. This position is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with international engineering teams.
You will be responsible for developing customer accounts, understanding market needs, and driving sales growth for innovative electronic components and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote and support electronic component products including LEDs and tactile switches
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
Expand customer base by introducing new products and solutions
Customer & Market Support
Understand customer needs and communicate technical requirements to engineering teams
Provide creative ideas and product solutions to customers
Conduct market research and analyze customer demand trends
Support customers throughout the sales cycle
Communication & Collaboration
Coordinate closely with overseas engineering and business teams
Participate in regular team meetings and provide project updates
Prepare meeting minutes and maintain accurate communication records
Travel Requirements
Domestic travel primarily within the West Coast region including Los Angeles and Seattle
Occasional international travel depending on project requirements
Qualifications
Experience in sales, account management, or marketing within electronics or related industries
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Self-motivated with strong business development skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with electronic components or technical products
Japanese language ability is a plus
Experience working with overseas teams or clients
