We are seeking a highly motivated Business Process Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving operational challenges through technology and automation. You won’t just manage processes — you’ll improve them. From automating repetitive tasks to organizing data and building scalable SOPs, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the company.

What You’ll Do

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Support

  • Serve as a key operational and technical support resource for multiple departments including Acquisition, Make Ready, Administration, and more
  • Manage and prioritize multiple requests in a dynamic business environment
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions

Automation & Technical Solutions

  • Design and implement automation tools using Python and/or Google Apps Script (GAS)
  • Reduce manual work by streamlining operational tasks and reporting processes
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini to improve scripting, research, and productivity

Reporting & Communication

  • Proactively communicate project status, roadblocks, and progress updates to stakeholders
  • Take ownership of assignments and deliver solutions with minimal supervision
  • Maintain high visibility and accountability across ongoing initiatives

Documentation & Data Integrity

  • Create and maintain detailed SOPs and process documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data and reporting
  • Conduct self-QA on scripts, automations, and datasets to maintain reliability

  • 1–3+ years of experience in:
    • Business operations

  • Experience with:
    • Python
    • Google Apps Script (GAS)
    • SQL / BigQuery
    • Workflow automation
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms
