We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Supervisor to support our sales team by managing administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. This role enables sales managers to focus on revenue-generating activities by ensuring smooth internal processes and accurate data management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
Maintain and update Microsoft Business Central (accounts, contacts, opportunities)
Ensure data accuracy and track sales activities
Generate weekly and monthly sales reports
Administrative & Coordination
Coordinate meetings, product demos, and client communications
Process orders and manage internal handoffs
Cross-Functional Communication
Act as a liaison between Sales, Business Development, Quality, Production, and Logistics teams
Support onboarding of new clients (customer registration)
Follow up on internal deliverables and deadlines
Process Improvement
Support stabilization of existing business operations
Standardize templates, workflows, and documentation
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to learn Microsoft Business Central
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
2–3 years of experience in sales support or customer service
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred
