Position: Japanese Speaking Outside/Inside Sales Rep

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Hours of Work: from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (onsite)

Employment Status: Permanent Full Time

Compensation: $55,000-65,000 per year depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow relationships with 20–50 customer accounts
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and deliveries
  • Communicate with overseas and domestic partners (mainly via email)
  • Visit clients and develop new business through outside sales activities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions quickly and professionally
  • Take ownership of accounts and contribute to overall customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
  • 3+ years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Experience in logistics within manufacturing is also welcome
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle
