Position: Japanese Speaking Outside/Inside Sales Rep
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Hours of Work: from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (onsite)
Employment Status: Permanent Full Time
Compensation: $55,000-65,000 per year depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow relationships with 20–50 customer accounts
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and deliveries
- Communicate with overseas and domestic partners (mainly via email)
- Visit clients and develop new business through outside sales activities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions quickly and professionally
- Take ownership of accounts and contribute to overall customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- 3+ years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- Experience in logistics within manufacturing is also welcome
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle
