Now Hiring: Solutions Engineer (Client-Facing)

📍 Torrance, CA (Hybrid) | 🕒 Full-time

We are looking for a client-facing Solutions Engineer with a strong hands-on development background to join our team.

This is NOT a pure sales or consulting role — we are specifically seeking current or former developers who want to step into a more client-facing position while staying close to technology.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Engage with clients to understand business needs and challenges

• Design practical, scalable technical solutions

• Lead requirements gathering and system architecture design

• Prepare proposals, demos, and effort estimations

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful delivery

• Support UAT, go-live, and technical validation

• Contribute to prototyping and troubleshooting

🔹 Tech Stack / Environment

• Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power Platform, Azure)

• SQL / Databases (MSSQL preferred)

🔹 Required Qualifications

✔ 1–3+ years of hands-on development experience (scratch development)

✔ Full SDLC experience (design → development → testing → deployment)

✔ Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

✔ Business-level English & Japanese

✔ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Client-facing experience

• Proposal and estimation experience

• Python or .NET development experience
