Japanese Bilingual- Administrative & Accounting Coordinator
Location: Norcross, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Overview
We are seeking an Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to support daily office operations, accounting tasks, and HR administration. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who can balance accounting support with general office and employee administration.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts receivable and payable, invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
Perform basic bookkeeping and support month‑end/year‑end close (QuickBooks preferred)
Handle banking transactions, reconciliations, and sales tax support
Support payroll administration and coordination with external providers
Manage office supplies, facilities, documents, and contracts
Support employee benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and HR administration
Handle reception, phones, mail, and meeting coordination
Coordinate with vendors, headquarters, and external partners
Qualifications
Japanese and English language proficiency
Experience in administration and/or accounting
Basic accounting knowledge; QuickBooks experience a plus
