Position: Administrative Assistant and Inside Sales
Location: Vernon, CA
Industry: Food Manufacturing
Employment Type: Non-Exempt
Wage: ~$27 (DOE)
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours per day)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks and process customer orders.
- Manage and process various forms and documents.
- Respond to a high volume of emails and phone calls.
- Address irregular situations and provide support to the sales team.
- Manage payments and ensure timely transactions.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing department to ensure smooth order processing and follow up on shipments.
- Other miscellaneous duties and projects assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively different departments, such as manufacturing.
- Attention to detail, especially in processing payments and ensuring shipment accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in sales support and administrative tasks is a plus.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Intermediate-level conversational Japanese (reading and writing not required)
- Proficiency in Chinese or Korean is a plus.
