Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing (B2B / Metals Industry)

Location: Cerritos, CA

Salary:$150K -$200K

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing with a strong background in the metals, materials, or industrial products industry. This role is responsible for leading the sales organization, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities within a B2B distribution environment.

In addition, you will oversee digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce and web-based strategies. This is a key leadership position that works closely with executive management and plays a central role in shaping the company’s future growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a sales team, including inside and outside sales representatives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve both short-term revenue goals and long-term business growth
  • Expand existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new customers, markets, and sales channels within the metals / industrial sector
  • Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce and online marketing strategies
  • Establish and improve sales processes, KPIs, and CRM utilization
  • Develop pricing strategies to enhance profitability, particularly for metal products and materials distribution
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning and strategic initiatives
  • Support business development activities, including evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales management
  • Experience in the metals, materials, manufacturing, or industrial products industry is strongly required
  • Proven track record of leading and growing a sales organization
  • Experience in developing and executing business or growth strategies
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and/or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business-level Japanese language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Experience in business development or launching new business initiatives
  • Experience working in small to mid-sized company environments
  • Strong understanding of metal products, supply chains, and distribution business models
