Title : Insurance Department, Customer Service Representative Associate

Salary: $21.50- $25.50/ Hour (DOE)

Location: Irvine, CA

Hours: 8AM-5PM (office everyday)

【Responsibilities and Duties】

Phone and e-mail customer service and claim adjustment for customer , assistance, and  concierge

Document request, information gathering from providers

Claim processing

【Requirements】

Language

Japanese: Fluent with professional Japanese in speaking, reading and writing

English: Fluent with intermediate English in speaking, reading and writing

Computer Skills

Basic operation on Windows/Word& Excel, e-mail, internet web browsing

Type speed: 30 WPM

Work Experience

Over 1-3 years work experience preferred and leadership position experience is preferred.

Customer service experience NOT required
