Position Summary

A Japanese-English bilingual professional is needed to support business development activities for an insurance services company. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with Japanese corporate clients, and supporting sales initiatives through research, reporting, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Meet with prospective clients to understand insurance needs and propose solutions
• Maintain relationships with Japanese corporate clients and partners
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentation materials for sales activities
• Track sales progress and support internal business development initiatives
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience
• Business-level Japanese and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Additional Information

• One of the Insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) required within 3 months of hire
• Some travel and client meetings may be required
