Position Overview

We’re seeking an Automation / Robotics Engineer to support automation and robotic integration projects within the automotive manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working with robotic systems, electrical components, and CAD-based designs while supporting installations at customer sites. You’ll play a key role in bringing automation concepts to life—from design through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ECAD/CAD design for automation and robotic systems
• Program and troubleshoot robotic systems
• Assist with welding applications and related automation processes
• Provide electrical support, including troubleshooting and system integration
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers on project execution
• Travel to customer sites (up to 35%) for installation, startup, and support

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ECAD and/or CAD design
• Hands-on experience with industrial robots
• Experience with welding automation and electrical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 35%
