Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: San Jose / Hybrid Work (1-2 times office per week)

Our client is currently seeking a Sales Assistant for its office located in San Jose California. Our client has more than 30 years of experience providing Process Power products and technology for leading semiconductor and industrial customers around the world.
Our client is a small office focused on growth and market penetration. Growth is expected to continue for the next several years in existing as well as new market areas. Our client is seeking for a good candidate to ensure the operation is correctly sized, organized and flexible to sustain the anticipated growth along with being able to respond to market dynamics. This position will report to the supervisor.
Job Descriptions:
· Act as a primary internal contact between customer buyer, sales, engineering, development, and project management teams
· Handle day-to-day sales operations including quotation preparation, pricing coordination, order processing (PO handling), invoicing support, and delivery tracking
· -Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and assist in preparing sales performance reports for management
· Support customer communication by coordinating responses, preparing documents, and arranging sales calls or meetings
· Manage CRM or sales tracking tools to maintain customer information, project updates, and pipeline accuracy
· Ensure smooth coordination with logistics teams for delivery schedules and customer requirement changes
· Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and product information sheets
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues, and requests, escalating to internal teams as necessary
· Track and manage order status to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
· Collaborate with project managers to confirm product specifications, schedule updates, and scope changes
· Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes based on customer and team feedback
Qualifications:
· Experience in internal sales, sales operations, customer support, or related administrative roles
