An automotive parts manufacturer is seeking an Sales professional to manage customer accounts and support sales activities. This role is primarily office-based and focuses on customer communication, order management, and account support, with occasional customer appointments.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain ongoing relationships
Handle sales-related inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery
Process orders, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers
Maintain accurate customer and product data using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Attend occasional customer meetings and trade shows as needed (10%)
Qualifications
Experience in sales, inside sales, or account management
Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with PC-based work
Preferred
Automotive, manufacturing, or industrial industry experience
Japanese language skills or experience working with Japanese companies (a plus)
