Position Summary

We are seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to support import/export operations and serve as a key customer representative. This role manages daily sales administration, quotation preparation, project coordination, logistics, and communication with customers and suppliers.

The position includes domestic and international travel (up to 50%) to support customer visits and supplier site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Quotation Management (Approx. 50%)

  • Prepare and manage import/export quotations.
  • Oversee order approval, A/R tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate the full order cycle from quotation to delivery and payment collection.
  • Prepare sales documents, proposals, and contracts.

Project Management & Coordination (Approx. 30%)

  • Support production preparation and project launch activities.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
  • Manage order entry, logistics scheduling, and shipping arrangements.
  • Prepare import/export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, CO, etc.).
  • Support compliance, insurance, and risk management activities.

Business Development (Approx. 20%)

  • Assist with new customer development and pricing discussions.
  • Conduct basic market and product research.
  • Support negotiation and supplier coordination.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 50% travel may be required.
  • Travel includes both domestic and international business trips.
  • Frequency may increase temporarily during production launch or project preparation phases.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6–9 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Experience in import/export, logistics, trading, or production control.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel intermediate or above).

Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Japanese or Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience working in cross-border business environments.
