Job Summary
Support and coordinate daily passenger service operations at the airport. This role also supervises contracted staff under airline handling requirements and supports management with operational reporting and issue resolution.
Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate assigned airport operations and support supervisors/managers
Ensure staff follow company procedures and operational requirements
Handle customer service issues and flight irregularities
Coordinate with headquarters (Tokyo), other stations, and airport/government authorities
Prepare training materials and reports (including monthly statistics)
Support safety-related operational decision-making
Maintain confidentiality of flight planning and security information
Work Schedule
Standard: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (30-min lunch)
Seasonal (Nov–early Mar): 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
