Title: Sales Coordinator
Work Hours: 8:40am-5:30pm, 40h/week

Position Description:
Overall function of this position is to support the sales team by responding to clients (mainly A&Ds, dealers and Sales Reps), providing information to clients, and assisting with co-workers’ sales activity. The person will also operate sales administration and coordinate deliveries. The person will need business skills, experience and knowledge in industry, and good effort to ensure quick and accurate operation as well as customer satisfaction.
Duties include, but not only:
• Communicating with Independent Sales Reps, Dealers and Design Firms by phone and e-mail for Product Information, Samples, Quotations, and Proposals as well as Order status and Delivery information.
• Processing sales documents such as Order Inputs and Order confirmations, as well as other necessary data inputs.
• Logistic arrangements of orders from US warehouses to the client’s delivery locations.
• Responding to general phone/e-mail inquiries and visitors in the showroom.
• Assisting manager and sales team on sales activities in general.
• Managing inventory of sales support materials (samples, brochures etc).
• Work as team for NeoCon (industry trade show) preparation and operation.
• Take initiative to support other colleagues’ activity when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date filing and clean & neat office environment.
• Providing ideas to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and cost saving.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
