Overview
We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Support team member to assist with order coordination and basic logistics-related tasks. This role is suitable for someone with practical experience in administrative or trade-related support who is comfortable working in a bilingual (Japanese–English) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate shipment schedules with factories and internal teams
Communicate with customers regarding delivery dates and order status
Support inventory tracking and basic logistics coordination
Prepare simple reports and documents using Microsoft Office
Provide general administrative support to the sales team
Working Conditions
Part-time: 3 days per week
Flexible work schedule
On-site initially, with potential to move to a hybrid work arrangement
Hourly rate: $25–30 (depending on experience)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic experience in trade, logistics, or sales administration (hands-on experience preferred, but not highly specialized)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Japanese–English bilingual required
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Reliable and able to follow instructions and deadlines
