Overview

As a Real Estate Investment and Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for property acquisition screening, sales strategy planning, and market research of surrounding properties in new business initiatives of a subsidiary. Through research and analysis that support investment decisions, you will contribute to improving business profitability and managing risks.

Main Responsibilities

• Screening and evaluation of property acquisitions for new business initiatives
• Planning and supporting the execution of sales strategies
• Research and analysis of surrounding markets and competing properties
• Preparing and reporting investment return simulations and sales data
• Coordinating and collaborating with related departments and subsidiaries

Required Skills & Experience

• Practical experience in the real estate industry (acquisition, sales, brokerage, development, etc.)
• Skills in market and data analysis
• Ability in planning and problem solving
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in evaluating and underwriting investment properties
• Experience in analysis using Excel or BI tools
