Key Account Executive (Japanese Speaking)

 

 Location: Brampton, Ontario

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-site, 5 days a week)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 per year (based on experience)

 

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Executive to support growth and strengthen customer relationships within the Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and partners
  • Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and account reviews to drive growth and retention
  • Manage the full sales and contract cycle, including customer inquiries, supplier negotiations, and logistics coordination
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, lanes, and service offerings
  • Track sales activities, pipelines, and opportunities accurately in the CRM system
  • Monitor market and industry trends and recommend strategies to stay competitive
  • Handle customer issues, claims, and complaints professionally, ensuring high service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective customer support and solutions

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluency in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, or at least 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience; background in both account management and business development is an asset
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
