Overview
This role is responsible for driving sales growth through new and existing customer development, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining strong market awareness. The position combines hands-on sales execution, customer engagement, and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new and existing customers using diverse sales approaches
Manage the full sales process, including inquiries, quotations, samples, negotiations, and payment coordination
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to distributors and key decision-makers
Conduct regular customer visits and face-to-face meetings (2–3 companies per week)
Maintain strong communication with management regarding sales activity, pipeline status, and deadlines
Actively network within industry organizations and professional circles
Monitor market trends, supply and demand, pricing, and competitor activity
Recommend improvements to products, services, and policies based on market analysis
Resolve customer issues by investigating root causes and proposing solutions
Maintain and update CRM opportunities and sales forecasts on a weekly basis
Prepare visit plans and submit customer visit reports
Maintain technical understanding of drawings and specifications relevant to customer requirements
Qualification:
Must be able to travel domestically and also to Canada.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Must have driver's license in USA and good driving record.
