SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1). Main contact window with customer various stakeholders to drive the overall operation and performance of tools for maximum user satisfaction.
2). Carry out N2 purge tool installation and support for semiconductor fabs in USA, mainly Boise and Virginia area.
3). Coordinate and supervise tool installation for contractors to ensure smooth set up, testing and commissioning to customer in semiconductor fabs.
4). Provide tool troubleshoot service to ensure optimum uptime and performance all the time.
5). Conduct weekly and monthly review on tool status and project progress with Asian team.
6). Support marketing and promotion of company product when required within the USA market when required.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

1). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or similar yield.
2). Above 5 years’ work experience in semiconductor fabs taking care of equipment installation, maintenance, service and troubleshoot work.
3). Experience in cleanroom tool installation project management and supervisory role will have added advantages.
4). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with all stakeholders effectively to achieve organization objectives.
5). Maintain high level of personal leadership on safety and quality on work performed as well as documentations.
6). Positive & responsible attitude with team work spirit. Self-motivated with passion for success.
