Overview:
Our client is seeking a bilingual professional who thrives in research, coordination, and cross-cultural communication within a global business environment. The successful candidate will support client projects by connecting them with industry experts through effective outreach, communication, and scheduling. Responsibilities:
Recruit and screen new experts to build and maintain the internal database.
Conduct industry research and identify qualified experts based on client project needs.
Coordinate communications and meeting schedules between clients and experts.
Manage project timelines and deliverables while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Uphold integrity and confidentiality standards in all client engagements.
Support multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and prioritization skills.
Develop communication and negotiation skills through daily client interaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (any major).
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (Business level or higher).
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Interest in research, client coordination, and international business operations.
