Outside Sales Representative – Lexington, KY

Salary Range: $45k-$65k

Workstyle: Full time onsite

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relations

• Serve as primary contact for approximately five assigned customers.
• Maintain relationships through regular on-site visits and handle customer inquiries.
• Research potential projects and propose new products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends.

Quotations

• Communicate with suppliers in Japan, Thailand, and Canada to obtain pricing and delivery details.
• Prepare and submit quotations; follow up with customers.

Delivery & On-Site Support

• Visit customer sites 2–4 times per week for product delivery and sales activities.
• Conduct on-site meetings to confirm project status.
• Collaborate with manufacturers during sales activities.

Inventory, Logistics & Internal Operations

• Prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming products.
• Perform monthly inventory counts and submit stock reports.
• Work closely with team members to manage back orders and incoming shipments.

Other Duties

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to meet company needs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese and strong English communication skills.
• 1+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel locally for frequent on-site visits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
