Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three.
• Manage exhibitions, public art, and commercial projects from planning to delivery.
• Create timelines, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee budgets, logistics, contracts, and risk management.
• Build strong relationships with galleries, clients, and partners.
• Prepare project materials, reports, press releases, and support media activities.
• Research and propose new public art opportunities.
• Maintain smooth communication and high project standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management and team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.
• Calm under pressure; handles confidential information well.
• Japanese bilingual required.
