Position: Sales Planning

Salary Range: $60 – 120K (DOE)

Work Location: Palo Alto, CA / Hybrid or LA area / Remote OK

Summary

Our client is looking for a Sales Planning who supports revenue growth in Security & AI solutions by driving sales planning, sales enablement materials, market research, and KPI reporting.

Also support Business Development by researching and organizing potential new offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan sales programs for channel development (targeting, messaging, competitive approach)
  • Create/update sales materials (pitch deck, proposal, use cases, FAQs)
  • Conduct market/competitor research and provide insights
  • Track/report KPIs (pipeline, win rate, conversion rate)
  • Support weekly sales operations and follow-ups
  • Collect customer feedback and support internal product/solution discussions
  • Support BD by screening new offering ideas and conducting desk research

Required

  • 2+ years in sales / sales planning / related role
  • Business-level Japanese and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong PowerPoint/Slides + basic Excel/Sheets

Preferred

  • Spanish
  • Knowledge/experience in Security, AI, or IT solutions
  • CRM/BI tools experience (Salesforce, Tableau, Looker)
