Overview

Our client, a food manufacturing company is seeking an Inside Sales / E-commerce & SNS Coordinator to support daily sales operations and online business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing updates, and advertisement adjustments
• Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • Product listings and updates
  • Order-related support and packing coordination
  • Customer complaint handling
• Support Shopify operations
• Assist with SNS (social media) posting and content management based on provided materials
• Perform basic QuickBooks (QB) tasks, such as invoice creation and sales order entry
• Support inside sales and related administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce operations and/or SNS management AND/OR QuickBooks (QB) preferred
• Japanese language proficiency required (reading and writing)
• Business-level English proficiency
