Food-grade soybean processing and export operation supporting global demand for non-GMO soybeans and evolving end-user quality requirements.

Position Summary

Operate and support scale house, processing/bagging, shipping, and warehouse activities; manage nighttime safety controls and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate/receive soybeans from growers in the scale house per procedure
• Run processing and bagging operations with focus on quality and efficiency
• Perform basic machine operation and maintenance
• Operate forklift safely; maintain valid forklift permit
• Load containers/trucks per shipping schedule and procedures
• Prepare shipping documents
• Organize and manage inventory, including physical counts
• Manage pest control for processing facility and warehouse
• Lift 60 lbs repeatedly
• Handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion
• Other duties might be assigned by managers

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 60 lbs repeatedly
• Forklift operation capability; valid permit required
• English communication skills

Preferred:

• 2+ years production experience in food or grain industry
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to learn and stay current on industry market information

Hours: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Mon–Fri; overtime as needed; unpaid 30-min break; hours may change based on business needs
