About the Role

Our client, a leading company in the chemical products industry, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team in downtown Toronto.

This is a stable, long-term position offering the opportunity to grow within an established and professional organization. You will play a key role in supporting daily sales operations, coordinating logistics, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, including contract preparation, invoicing, and related documentation

• Coordinate shipments and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and proper customs clearance

• Monitor payables, receivables, and credit applications; follow up on outstanding accounts

• Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and client communications

• Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance

• Support business development by identifying new sales opportunities and market trends

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assist management decisions

• Participate in client meetings and assist in proposal preparation and contract discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in the chemical industry, preferably in sales, business development, or administration

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP is an asset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
