A global Japanese corporation is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Administrative Supervisor to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, corporate planning team, and senior executive leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, independent work ability, and cross-functional coordination across U.S. and Japan-based teams.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to executive leadership and corporate planning teams.
Serve as a primary communication bridge between U.S. office and Japan headquarters.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and cross-department communication.
Arrange travel for expat employees (flights, hotels, car rentals).
Support tasks that require collaboration across global time zones.
Maintain smooth relationships with expatriates and internal stakeholders.
Work independently while ensuring timely and accurate task execution.
Qualifications
Japanese & English bilingual fluency (speaking, reading, writing, interpretation).
