Overview

Our client, a multicultural entertainment company, is seeking a Senior Technical Support Representative who will support technicians, coordinate corporate operations, and serve as a key communication bridge both internally and externally. This role requires strong organizational ability, bilingual communication, and a proactive support mindset.


Essential Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks based on the department’s main task list

• Answer and route phone calls professionally

• Review daily/weekly/monthly reports submitted by stores for accuracy

• Maintain vendor contact lists and foster strong business relationships

• Serve as a liaison for the Tech Department with internal teams and external partners

• Interpret between Japanese and English to support communication among management, employees, and vendors

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to support requests from the Technical Director

• Arrange travel (flights, hotels) for technicians

• Support setup and functionality checks for newly installed games

• Assist with machine updates for U.S. and Japanese games

• Support layout change tasks including scheduling and staffing

• Maintain inventory of parts for all stores and HQ

• Verify parts orders submitted by stores

• Process supply and consumable requests and place orders

• Create shipping labels for parts, uniforms, and loaner items (U.S. and Japan)

• Assist with payment-related tasks as needed

• Coordinate preparation and communication for new store equipment transfers

• Request and ship tools needed for new store openings

• Perform additional tasks listed in the main task list


Non-Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain high ethical standards in the workplace

• Report irregular issues and problems to management

• Sustain effective communication with employees and external contacts

• Protect confidentiality of all company policies and procedures

• Keep a clean and safe work environment


Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Bilingual English/Japanese (Japanese comprehension required)

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks
