Here is the job description/requirement for Admin, Operation/Customer support

• All admin related work including accounting matter in Atlanta office, use Japanese to communicate between parties.

• All small parcel related work including operation work, customer support.

• Assist moving section including customer support, Quotation, packing and handling.

• Assist Air export department especially for small parcel related matter.

• Manage accounts to retain existing relationships and grow business.

• Negotiate with carriers and maintain competitive rate.

• Meet agreed budget targets for revenue/profit, volume, etc.

• Create quotations and sales proposals and offer to customer.

• Coordinate, respond to, and follow up on RFIs and RFQs.

• Work with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans that support increased sales.

• Resolve complications utilizing problem solving skills.

• Communicate with overseas agent for sales support.

• Respond to emails and answer phone calls from clients.

• Great attitude on the phone and in the office.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be a Team player and positive attitude.

• Must be a quick learner.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent verbal, written and typing skills.

• Positive attitude, a professional demeanor and a warm and approachable manner.

• Ability to adapt and implement changes in processes and procedures.
