Company Overview

Our company is a U.S. subsidiary of a global group specializing in plastic products manufactured by injection molding.

From our headquarters in Arizona (relocated from Wisconsin in 2016), we develop and produce a wide range of plastic items such as storage products and pet supplies. In Japan, our products are widely used as home appliance–related items, and we are now adapting and introducing these successful Japanese products to the U.S. market.

We operate through both direct-to-consumer e-commerce and distributor channels. The company has approximately 650 full-time employees across four plants in Wisconsin, Texas, Arizona, and Pennsylvania (with total headcount including temporary staff around 1,000). The Arizona headquarters site has about 100 employees and serves as both a factory and a corporate function hub.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation and maintenance of our Arizona headquarters / manufacturing facility in Surprise, AZ.

This role will combine:

• Office & facility operations support
• Hands-on technical / field maintenance work within a manufacturing environment

The Technician will work as part of a local facility maintenance team while also coordinating with Japan HQ. Therefore, this position requires the ability to communicate facility-related matters in both English and Japanese (written and verbal).
