a) Answering phones, receiving faxes, e-mails from clients and vendors and taking messages.
b) General administration for office maintenance including office supply.
c) Making hotel, flight and rental car reservations for business trips.
d) Arranging flower and catering deliveries.
e) Arranging the annual event and ordering seasonal (year-end) gifts for current clients.

2. Sales Support ( Back office Support)
a) Inputting new client company information in the database.
b) Making purchase orders for vendors, making proposals and maintenance agreements for clients.
c) Receiving and inventory control for the ordered products.
d) Issue sales invoice and maintain aging report.
e) Filing sales report and vendor’s invoice to be reported to NY-HQ.
