This position is responsible for ensuring that field installations, materials, and construction processes meet established quality standards, engineering specifications, and project requirements. Working closely with site management, contractors, and third-party inspectors, the supervisor will coordinate inspections, monitor compliance, and help resolve quality-related challenges throughout construction. The ideal candidate brings hands-on construction quality control experience, strong knowledge of inspection procedures, and the ability to lead quality initiatives in a dynamic project environment. Experience with piping installations, including plastic piping systems, is a plus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">What You&#039;ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Construction Quality Control &amp; Inspection Management<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Oversee daily quality control activities at assigned construction sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Plan and coordinate third-party inspections, including inspection scheduling, document preparation, site access, and follow-up activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Review piping drawings, P&amp;IDs, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and field installation conditions to verify construction quality.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, testing laboratories, and inspection personnel to ensure work is ready for required inspections.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Monitor installation activities, identify quality deficiencies, and support timely resolution of non-conforming work.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Assist with quality verification for equipment deliveries, prefabricated assemblies, and skid-mounted systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Provide direction and oversight to QC inspectors and other quality-related personnel as assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Quality Compliance &amp; Corrective Action Management<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Implement and maintain project quality control procedures, inspection programs, and documentation practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Identify, document, and track non-conformances (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and inspection findings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Coordinate corrective actions with construction teams and verify that identified deficiencies have been appropriately addressed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Support compliance with applicable quality management systems, industry codes, and project-specific requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Maintain inspection records, testing reports, quality checklists, and construction turnover documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Participate in quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring issues and improve project execution.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Project Coordination &amp; Quality Reporting<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Collaborate with site management to review construction schedules, inspection priorities, and upcoming project milestones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to communicate quality expectations and resolve outstanding issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Monitor construction progress and identify quality-related risks that could affect project schedules or costs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Prepare weekly quality reports, inspection summaries, and corrective action updates for project management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are incorporated into field activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Support site safety, housekeeping, and compliance initiatives in coordination with the construction management team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Assist with additional project quality management activities and special assignments as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">What We&#039;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Professional Experience<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality control, quality assurance, inspection, or related quality management functions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Experience overseeing field quality activities on industrial, commercial, utility, or other complex construction projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Practical knowledge of construction inspection procedures, testing methodologies, and quality documentation requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Experience coordinating third-party inspections, subcontractor quality activities, and corrective action processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&amp;IDs, technical specifications, inspection and test plans, and turnover documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Working knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Familiarity with piping installation quality requirements, including plastic piping systems, preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining project quality standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Education &amp;
