You will also work closely with the Accounting Manager and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient accounting processes.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with numbers, and eager to learn and grow!<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Process and enter daily sales invoices into the accounting system (Accounts Receivable).<\/li>\n<li>Review and enter vendor invoices for Accounts Payable processing.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with check preparation, payment processing, and journal entries.<\/li>\n<li>Record daily expenses, including credit card transactions, equipment leases, and other operating expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Support allocation and entry of temporary labor and employee-related expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with insurance-related accounting entries and expense allocations.<\/li>\n<li>Review and verify accounting data transferred between internal systems.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor account balances, identify discrepancies, and assist with corrections and reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding accounting-related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential financial records.<\/li>\n<li>Provide general accounting and administrative support, including filing, document management, and other assigned tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 1\u20132 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of accounting principles, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar accounting\/ERP systems.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CargoWise or other logistics-related software.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or distribution industry.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of bank reconciliations and journal entries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h1><\/h1>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-26825","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
