As the organization continues to expand, we are\u00a0seeking a <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Lead Cloud Security Engineer<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\"> to help design, implement, and strengthen the security of their cloud-native environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a highly regulated fintech platform supporting digital payments, treasury operations, and emerging financial technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and leadership teams to ensure the organization&#039;s cloud infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and compliant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">Cloud Security &amp; Architecture<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Design, implement, and maintain secure AWS cloud environments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Develop and enforce cloud security best practices, standards, and guardrails.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Manage identity and access controls, encryption, secrets management, logging, and monitoring.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Support network security design and threat detection initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">Security Engineering &amp; Automation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Implement security controls using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Develop automated security checks and policy-as-code controls.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Monitor cloud environments for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and security risks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Evaluate and deploy cloud-native and third-party security solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">DevSecOps &amp; Application Security<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Secure CI\/CD pipelines and software delivery processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Implement code scanning, dependency management, and secrets protection.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Participate in threat modeling and security architecture reviews.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Partner with engineering teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Support audit, compliance, and risk management initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Maintain security documentation, standards, and operational procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on security assessments and remediation activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">5+ years of experience in Cloud Security Engineering, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or related fields.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Hands-on experience securing AWS environments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Strong understanding of: <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">AWS security services<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Identity &amp;
