The ideal candidate enjoys working alongside the team and creating a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Restaurant Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead daily FOH and BOH operations, ensuring smooth coordination between food preparation and guest service.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain consistent operating standards for quality, accuracy, speed, and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Take a hands-on approach to supporting the team during busy service periods.<\/li>\n<li>Implement company procedures and identify opportunities to improve operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Kitchen Operations &amp; Food Quality<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee preparation, kitchen workflows, portion control, and food presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain consistent product quality and efficient production processes.<\/li>\n<li>Enforce food safety, sanitation, and applicable health requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor food costs, minimize waste, and maintain appropriate inventory levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Guest Service &amp; Hospitality<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead service execution and set high standards for attentive, welcoming hospitality.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure orders are accurate and service is timely.<\/li>\n<li>Model exceptional customer care and coach team members on service standards.<\/li>\n<li>Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Inventory, Cost Control &amp; Vendors<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage ordering, inventory tracking, receiving, and storage.<\/li>\n<li>Control food and labor costs in line with business targets.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain product quality and availability.<\/li>\n<li>Use sales forecasts and operational needs to guide purchasing and staffing decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership &amp;
