Position Overview<\/h3>\n

A well-established global company is seeking an Accounting Staff member<\/strong> to support its accounting and finance operations during an upcoming system transition.<\/p>\n

This is a great opportunity for someone with general accounting experience who is looking to expand their hands-on skills in a professional corporate environment. The company offers a hybrid work schedule, and there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and review accounting entries in the General Ledger<\/li>\n
  • Assist with monthly financial closing<\/li>\n
  • Monitor daily payments, deposits, and related accounting entries<\/li>\n
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records<\/li>\n
  • Support commission receipt and payment settlement processes<\/li>\n
  • Assist with general accounting and finance-related administrative tasks<\/li>\n
  • Provide administrative and general affairs support to the General Manager as needed<\/li>\n
  • Support additional accounting projects related to the company\u2019s system transition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Approximately 3\u20135 years of accounting experience preferred<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • General knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing<\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with different departments<\/li>\n
    • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills<\/li>\n
    • Experience with SAP is a plus, but not required<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Willingness and ability to learn new accounting systems<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
