A Japanese-affiliated global company is seeking a <\/span>Senior Manager, General Affairs & Corporate Initiatives<\/strong> to support corporate initiatives, cross-functional projects, and coordination between the U.S. organization and headquarters in Japan.<\/span><\/p>\n

This role works closely with senior management and serves as an important liaison between the U.S. organization, headquarters in Japan, and affiliated companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We are looking for a proactive and versatile professional who can work across functions, communicate effectively with both U.S. management and Japan headquarters, and take ownership of a wide range of corporate projects from planning through execution.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Responsibilities\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional corporate initiatives and special projects<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, and support timely execution<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Support corporate communications, including company announcements, presentations, website, and social media<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with headquarters in Japan, affiliated companies, and internal stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Support executive visits, meetings, schedules, and briefing materials<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Support General Affairs activities, including office operations, facilities, vendors, company events, and workplace initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist with corporate planning, management reporting, governance, and other management-related projects<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and ways of working<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Finance, or a related field<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate administration, General Affairs, project management, corporate communications, corporate planning, or related areas<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Native-level Japanese and strong professional English communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience in a multinational, Japanese-affiliated, or cross-cultural environment preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
