Company Overview<\/h2>\n

An established organization serving the automotive industry is seeking an Automotive OEM Manager to support customer relationships and continued sales growth. The organization works with major automotive customers and collaborates with domestic and international teams.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/h2>\n

This role focuses primarily on maintaining and developing relationships with established automotive OEM accounts. Responsibilities are similar to account management and inside sales, with customer communication handled through email, online meetings, and occasional in-person visits.<\/p>\n

The company prioritizes a positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn over extensive industry experience. Sales experience is preferred but not required.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing OEM customers, including Purchasing, Engineering, Program Management, and Logistics teams.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate regularly with customers through email, virtual meetings, and occasional onsite visits.<\/li>\n
  • Support key accounts and coordinate customer needs with internal departments.<\/li>\n
  • Handle RFQs, quotations, commercial proposals, and pricing coordination.<\/li>\n
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with U.S. and overseas teams regarding customer requirements and sales activities.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor market conditions, competitors, pricing trends, and relevant industry developments.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and activity reports.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, forecast, and milestone information in the CRM system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n

    Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.<\/li>\n
    • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.<\/li>\n
    • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Japanese language ability for communication with Japan headquarters.<\/li>\n
      • Previous sales, account management, customer service, or related experience.<\/li>\n
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree.<\/li>\n
      • Automotive or related industry experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Other Details<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Hybrid schedule with approximately 50% remote work.<\/li>\n
        • Minimal travel, generally around once per month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
