Hours:<\/strong> Monday\u2013Friday, 9:00 AM\u20136:00 PM; 40 hours\/week<\/p>\n

Employment Type:<\/strong> Temporary, On-site; potential conversion to full-time permanent employment<\/p>\n

FLSA:<\/strong> Non-Exempt<\/p>\n

Japanese language ability required. <\/strong>This position requires professional Japanese communication with customers\/internal stakeholders and English communication with warehouse staff.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/h2>\n

The Warehouse Staff member will support daily warehouse operations and related administrative activities. The role combines office-based tasks with occasional hands-on warehouse work and requires Japanese and English communication to coordinate effectively with customers and warehouse personnel.<\/p>\n

This position will initially be a temporary assignment, with the potential to transition to permanent full-time employment based on performance and business needs.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Support daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate orders, shipments, inventory, and customer requests as needed.<\/li>\n
  • Enter and maintain information using Microsoft Office and other business systems.<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with warehouse staff and internal team members.<\/li>\n
  • Perform hands-on warehouse support when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n

    Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Professional Japanese proficiency for customer and internal communication.<\/li>\n
    • English proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively with warehouse personnel.<\/li>\n
    • Customer communication experience by phone and email.<\/li>\n
    • Basic Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams skills.<\/li>\n
    • Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work cooperatively in a warehouse environment and perform hands-on duties as needed.<\/li>\n
    • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
