Position Summary<\/h2>\n

The Production Control Specialist helps ensure smooth daily manufacturing operations by coordinating production schedules, materials, inventory, and customer requirements. This role requires strong organization, data management, and cross-functional communication skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Develop short-term production plans based on customer demand and shipping schedules.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate schedules based on equipment, materials, manpower, and production capacity.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain appropriate raw material and finished goods inventory.<\/li>\n
  • Manage cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies and root causes.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate material replenishment from domestic and international suppliers.<\/li>\n
  • Support physical inventory, variance analysis, and corrective actions.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain part numbers and bills of materials (BOMs).<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, customers, and suppliers.<\/li>\n
  • Support Just-in-Time (JIT) production and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n

    Required:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Experience with inventory management or MRP systems.<\/li>\n
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n
    • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, team-oriented environment.<\/li>\n
    • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred:<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Associate\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Business Administration, or related field.<\/li>\n
      • 1+ years of production control, production planning, inventory control, or related manufacturing experience; level may vary based on experience.<\/li>\n
