The role also includes sales forecasting, inventory coordination, order follow-up, and general sales administration.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including distributors, wholesalers, restaurants, and supermarkets<\/li>\n<li>Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales activities<\/li>\n<li>Identify and approach prospective customers through referrals, industry contacts, trade shows, and other sales channels<\/li>\n<li>Attend and support industry trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events<\/li>\n<li>Introduce new products and provide product samples, catalogs, pricing, and product information<\/li>\n<li>Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and support contract and order processing<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product availability and replenishment<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales forecasts and demand projections to support purchasing and inventory planning<\/li>\n<li>Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on customer orders through completion<\/li>\n<li>Communicate regularly with internal management, accounting, customers, and overseas teams<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales reports, meeting notes, and other administrative documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The original JD places particular emphasis on new business development and account management, while also requiring hands-on involvement in inventory, forecasting, order management, and customer support.
