This position manages customer orders, responds to order-related inquiries, coordinates shipments and returns, and helps ensure customers receive accurate, timely, and professional service.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments regarding pricing, product availability, repairs, returns\/exchanges, back orders, and other order-related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Receive customer sales orders and accurately enter orders into the ERP system.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery schedules, shipment status, terms, and other order information.<\/li>\n<li>Track incoming shipments and process back-ordered items upon receipt.<\/li>\n<li>Review and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Sales and Accounting regarding credit memos.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with sales-related projects and customer service activities as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth and cost-efficient operations.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other customer service and order-processing responsibilities as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Work additional hours when necessary and appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP-based order entry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and cloud-based file storage systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and other basic figures.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and follow-through skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and various levels of management.<\/li>\n<li>Professional judgment and discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible, disciplined, and team-oriented work style.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a willingness to contribute to organizational goals.<\/li>\n<li>Two-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-26539","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Customer Service Representative - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/063194\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Customer Service Representative - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Employment Classification: Non-Exempt Department: Instruments Reports To: Sales Manager Work Style: On-site (After some time of success in the position, there is a potential of some days working at home office.)
