Reporting directly to the Vice President of Administration, this leadership role will oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, internal controls, audit management, and credit operations across the business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and hands-on finance leader who enjoys partnering with executive management, driving operational improvements, strengthening internal controls, and leading high-performing teams within a multinational environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">The Senior General Manager, Accounting (Controller) will serve as the organization&#039;s top accounting leader in the United States, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, tax strategy execution, and effective financial operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in organizational leadership and business decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">Accounting &amp; Financial Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Lead all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and monthly closing activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Direct the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Oversee financial reporting to management, corporate stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">Tax &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Lead all federal, state, local, and international tax compliance activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Oversee transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, and foreign subsidiary reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Partner with external tax advisors to optimize tax planning strategies and compliance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Monitor changes in accounting standards and tax regulations and implement necessary updates.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">Audit &amp; Internal Controls<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Strengthen and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial governance practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">Treasury &amp; Credit Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Oversee treasury functions including cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and payment controls.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Provide strategic oversight of credit operations, collections management, and credit risk assessment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">Leadership &amp;
