This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) throughout the design and construction lifecycle. The BIM Coordinator will work closely with engineering, construction, subcontractors, and project management teams to coordinate process piping, mechanical, electrical, structural, and equipment systems and resolve field and design conflicts. The ideal candidate has hands-on BIM coordination experience in semiconductor fabs or similar complex industrial facilities, with strong knowledge of Navisworks, 3D CAD\/modeling, piping systems, and multidisciplinary coordination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Coordinate BIM models across piping, mechanical, electrical, structural, equipment, and instrumentation systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Participate in daily BIM coordination meetings with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Perform clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate resolution of design and construction conflicts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Conduct field coordination with mechanical\/electrical engineers and subcontractors to resolve site issues<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Review and modify piping drawings and support the development of 2D construction drawings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Coordinate piping systems involving pumps, valves, filters, instrumentation, high-purity piping, and related equipment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Support layout and coordination of site piping, including Point-of-Use (POU) connections and structural supports<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Review P&amp;IDs, equipment layouts, skids, and distribution loops<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Manage BIM coordination tracking and reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Coordinate interfaces with other contractors and vendors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Support fabrication drawing reviews, client presentations, reports, and contract administration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Work closely with engineering and construction teams to improve constructability and project execution<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Qualifications<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Required<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of BIM, VDC, CAD, or 3D modeling experience in construction, engineering, or industrial facilities<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Navisworks for model coordination and\/or clash detection<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with 3D CAD\/modeling software such as Plant 3D, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating piping, mechanical, electrical, structural, or other building\/process systems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively with engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Preferred<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Semiconductor fab, advanced manufacturing, data center, pharmaceutical, water\/wastewater, or other complex industrial facility experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with process piping or high-purity piping systems<\/li>\n<li>Experience reading P&amp;IDs and working with equipment layouts, skids, and distribution loops<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating piping, structural, and electrical systems<\/li>\n<li>Plant 3D experience<\/li>\n<li>College degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Additional Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Approximately 5% domestic and international travel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-26491","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>BIM \/ VDC Coordinator \u2013 Piping &amp;
