The Inside Sales Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on sales opportunities, and coordinating with Outside Sales and internal departments.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accurate customer and sales information in CRM.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage assigned customer accounts and build strong relationships through regular communication and follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, Live Chat, and other communication channels.<\/li>\n<li>Provide information regarding products, pricing, availability, delivery, and other general sales inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential sales leads and business opportunities from incoming customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and issue quotations in accordance with company pricing guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on open inquiries and quotations and maintain accurate opportunity status and customer feedback in CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Outside Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Production, and other internal teams to address customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate customer, quotation, opportunity, forecast, and meeting information in CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor customer orders and inventory status and communicate significant changes in demand or forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Review account activity and provide sales forecasts and periodic activity reports.<\/li>\n<li>Support customer retention and identify opportunities to grow existing business.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with trade shows, exhibitions, and other business development or marketing activities as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in annual physical inventory and other operational activities as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>2\u20133 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, account management, or a related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and priorities in a timely and organized manner.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CRM or similar sales\/account management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>SAP experience is preferred but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and internal teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Work Environment<\/h2>\n<p>This is an <strong>on-site position in Duluth, GA<\/strong>, and regular attendance at the office is required.<\/p>\n<p>The position is primarily office-based and may occasionally require domestic travel, work outside normal business hours, participation in annual physical inventory, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-26451","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Inside Sales - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/063028\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Inside Sales - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Position Overview We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a growing sales team in Duluth, Georgia.
