Inside Sales \/ Sales Support<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Location: <\/strong>Costa Mesa, CA<\/p>\n

Work Style: <\/strong>Hybrid 2days\/week (On-site for the first 3 months training period)<\/p>\n

Work Hours:<\/strong> M- F 8:30-17:00<\/p>\n

Salary Range: <\/strong>$55,000-60,000\/year<\/p>\n

Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-Time<\/p>\n

Experience Level:<\/strong> Entry to Mid-Level<\/p>\n

Language:<\/strong> Strong English required; Japanese is a plus, but not required<\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/h2>\n

We are seeking an organized and motivated Inside Sales \/ Sales Support professional<\/strong> to support day-to-day sales operations and customer service activities.<\/p>\n

This position works closely with customers, suppliers, sales representatives, warehouses, and logistics partners. Prior industry experience is helpful but not required. Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Support customers and sales representatives with orders, pricing, delivery status, and general inquiries<\/li>\n
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation<\/li>\n
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, vendors, warehouses, and transportation companies<\/li>\n
  • Track shipments, deliveries, and inventory<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems<\/li>\n
  • Prepare basic reports using Excel and other business software<\/li>\n
  • Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and other sales administrative tasks<\/li>\n
  • Support the sales team with general coordination and special projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills required<\/li>\n
    • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n
    • Good customer service and communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to learn new systems and procedures<\/li>\n
    • Previous inside sales, customer service, sales support, or administrative experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates will also be considered<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Japanese language ability is a plus, but not required<\/li>\n
    • Experience in manufacturing, trading, logistics, or industrial products is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Ideal Candidate<\/h2>\n

      The ideal candidate is someone who is interested in building a long-term career in sales.<\/p>\n

      Initially, this person will gain experience through inside sales and sales support, learning the company\u2019s products, customers, sales processes, and daily operations. Over time, there will be opportunities to take on more direct customer-facing responsibilities and grow into an outside sales role.<\/p>\n
